Before you start, make sure

• Times New roman font, size 12 selected.
• Paragraph Spacing is 2.0
• At Layout> Margins, make sure you have 1-inch margin from top-left-bottom-right.

Cover Page

• As first page header, there should be a Running head as TITLE OF PAPER IN CAPS. Cover page can have different header from the rest of the document.
• page numbering starts with cover page. (Cover page is the first page)
• In the middle of page, there should be Paper Title Capitalized and Centered
• After that, Name of Student
• Finally, Institution Affiliation.
• Use Times New Roman, 12 in all document.

Abstract Page

• Abstract page is numerically second page (2).
• There should be a title at the first row, centered as “Abstract”
• After that, write a concise summary of the key points of your research here.
• Your abstract should be a single paragraph between 150 and 250 words.
• Use Times New Roman, 12.

Introduction and First Body Page

• Write your “Title of the Paper Capitalized and Centered” to the first row.
• Begin typing your introduction here. Note that no separate heading (“Introduction”) is necessary.
• Then write your “Level 1 Heading: Centered, Bolded, and Uppercase and Lowercase”
• Section headings receive level one format, e.g. “Literature Review” or “Discussion”
• After that, Write your “Level 2 Heading: Left-aligned, Boldface, Uppercase and Lowercase”
• Subsections receive level two format to separate logical parts of sections from each other.

In-Text Citation

In-Text Citations: the author-date method is used for paraphrased material, e.g.

References Page
